Name: Ninori

Species: Kappa

Abilities: Manipulation of electricity, the element of lightning.

Age: Unknown, though young enough to be of the kappa race.

Occupation: Freelance engineer; however, she has little success…

Location: Formerly from Youkai Mountain; her current location is hidden within the human village, and it is from there that she offers her mechanical/engineering skills to anyone that asks. Unfortunately, she is rather unsuccessful…

Description: Turquoise colored pigtails, fringe, pointed ears, orange eyes. Thanks to her small stature, she is naturally quick and elusive. She wears a yellow-colored oilskin with a hood, gumboots, and always carries a backpack with her.

Relationships: She knows about and admires a smart kappa called Nitori, but Ninori has not met her as of yet…

Title: The Good-for-Nothing Electrifying Kappa

About her: Ninori is a lively and curious kappa that is very social. She is rather egocentric and loves to go wherever she has not been invited. She is convinced that she's a great engineer and a genius, but this is at odds with what really happens with her, as almost everything she touches ends up breaking or spoiling; it is due to this that people call her a failure or a living disaster. Ninori has never met her parents because of the fact that she has always lived on her own, and due to this, she does not have a [known] surname. Traditionally, kappas have always had to hide from humans, but Ninori is a notable exception to this tradition because of her lively, curious, and very social attitude. As such, Ninori is out in the open and loves to be seen. However, thanks to her failures at mechanics/engineering, whenever she is seen, she gets criticized. In response to this, she decides to go live her life on her own, seeking out adventures along the way.

I designed her to be my own original character in a forum rolgame about Touhou, but I decided to reuse her as my entry for this contest.

Today I've been painting her in live in Stickam/Livestream. I think quite people has seen me. It was an interesting experience. I'll repeat some day. Thanks!!!
